Concerts of chamber music and wine degustation


The music and wine festival is a musical festival which proposes wine degustation. This 3rd edition will take place from June 21 to June 27 2010 at the chateau du Clos Vougeot.
 

This festival was created by the brotherhood of the “chevaliers du tastevin”. The association with famous vineyards gives the opportunity to offer a degustation of the Burgundy wines.

The music and wine festival receives each year’s chamber music concerts. It also offers a wine degustation at the “chateau du Clos Vougeot”.
 
A wine degustation precedes the concerts of June 21 and June 23 ,2010. You will be able to taste the 15 nicest vineyards of Burgundy in the ancient “cuverie” of the Clos Vougeot.
 
With the soloists of the Metropolitan Opera of New-York, you will see this week:

• Jean-Yves Thibaudet on piano
• Cho-Liang Lin with a violon
• Myung Whun Chung on piano

La Bourse du Clos Vougeot will present Tamara Mumfort, Johannes Vougeot et Radu Bitica. You will be able to listen to these young talents at the “Halles de Beaune” on June 26, 2010. The young talents foundation will organise a party on June 27, 2010.
Program: gala diner and auctioning.

During the music festival, the court of honor of the “chateau” will receive young artists on June 21, 2010.
