Traditionally celebrating wines and winegrowers since 1938, the Saint Vincent Tournante is the event not to be missed in Burgundy. This year, it occurs in Macon, on 24^th and 25^th January.

 

Every year, at the end of January, one village caters for the demonstration. The date of this party equally corresponds to a transition period for vines, at the end of winter and at the waking-up of spring.

During these days, every wine-producing village or town of the viticultural coast celebrates the Saint-Vincent according to the custom.

 

For the first time in Burgundian history, wine-growers of the “Mâconnais” region will welcome the Saint-Vincent Tournante. During the week-end your taste bud will be excited and you will discover “les Mâcons”, a young and vigorous appellation, to be served with a typically Burgundian cooking.
