For its 18th edition, the traditional Snail Festival livens up Bassou, a village in Yonne where was born the famous recipe of stuffed snails.If you haven’t been converted to the snail flavour yet, or if you are an amateur of this gastropod, don’t miss the Snail Festival ! French people and foreigners attend each year to this event. Exhibitors will present you shows, culinary recipes, advices… Eventually, everything is made to enable you to cook Burgundian snail to perfection.
Gastronomes will have the opportunity to taste on the scene more than 25 000 snails.
