Come and discover Stéphane Cattane's cuisine, a young and talented chef who worked at the B.Loiseau restaurant in Saulieu and then at Guy Savoy's restaurant in Paris (*** in the Michelin guide). His creative cuisine put forwards the products of the season. He invites you to rediscover forgotten flavours.





Gastronomic restaurant, garden service during sunny days, smoking room bar, 17th century dinning rooms, wine cellars.
The restaurant is open everyday for lunch and dinner except on Sundays (open on non-working days's Sundays only).
Service from 12.00 to 13.30 and from 19.00 to 21.30 (orders).
