Former mill located in Chablis, dating of the 18^th century, it is ideally situated, decorated with stylishness and conciliates history and contemporary style.

Located in the picturesque village of Chablis, this boutique hotel was built in a former 18^th century grain mill; it is the ideal place to enjoy the Burgundy’s art of living.

The hotel du Vieux Moulin includes 5 rooms and 2 suites; every room has a personal atmosphere. Oak, bricks, floor tiles and floors give a warm ambience to this place.
Trip souvenirs are displayed on the rooms: South Africa weavings against the wall, Morocco carpets, Turkey plaid… The atmosphere is cosy and familial.
The living room is the place where you will have your breakfast, a cup of tea, or the aperitif on the terrace face to the Chablis vineyards, or around a Scandinavian stove on the first wintry winter…
The restaurant is located at the ground level and projects over the river; there you will find traditional cuisine, modern meals and wines coming from our vineyards: Chablis of course, but also Chile, South Africa and Languedoc. This is a true invitation to travel, in a nice atmosphere animated by Jean and Agnès Denoy and their staff…

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a plasma screen, a free Internet wifi access, separated bathroom and services and a 180 cm-bed.
